Andium is a climate tech startup dedicated to providing advanced environmental monitoring solutions for the oil and gas industry. Their innovative technologies help companies detect and address environmental hazards in real time, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing environmental impact. Andium's product portfolio includes:

Methane Monitoring: Identifies methane leaks at their source with real-time imagery and detailed data analytics, allowing for immediate corrective action. Flare Monitoring: Automates the visual inspection and reporting of flaring activities, including monitoring flare performance and detecting pilot light outages. Tank Monitoring: Streamlines fluid management by providing real-time monitoring of fluid production levels, eliminating the necessity for manual tank measurements. Asset Tracking: Oversees site activities and tracks specific assets through real-time imagery and analytics, improving asset utilization and security. Liquid Leak Detection: Detects liquid leaks and oil spills promptly, offering instant alerts to reduce response times and minimize false positives.

At the time I joined Andium, the existing client-facing website was nearly unusable—confusing and difficult to navigate—which adversely affected user engagement and satisfaction. To enhance their digital presence and better serve their clients, Andium aimed to develop a new, user-friendly website alongside an iOS mobile app.

As the Project Manager, I was tasked with organizing and aligning seven distinct teams—mobile, website, cloud, machine learning, data, device, and design—around a unified vision for the new website and mobile application.

I leveraged Jira to create a comprehensive timeline view that mapped out dependencies across all teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient progress toward our goals. My responsibilities included:

Dependency Mapping: Developing detailed timelines that highlighted how each team's work influenced others, facilitating proactive management of interdependencies.

Stakeholder Communication: Producing weekly reports for the CEO that outlined delivered features, upcoming milestones, and any unplanned work or challenges.

Team Coordination: Ensuring that all teams were aligned with the project objectives, mitigating risks, and addressing obstacles promptly.

By orchestrating these efforts, I played a pivotal role in transforming Andium's digital platforms into intuitive and navigable tools that significantly improved client experience.

Starting from initial wireframes in August 2022, we successfully launched both the new website and the iOS mobile app in June 2023. The revamped SaaS platform provides clients with an intuitive and user-friendly interface to monitor their sites in real time, utilizing Andium's comprehensive suite of services—including methane monitoring, flare monitoring, tank monitoring, asset tracking, and liquid leak detection.

The new website and app have been well-received by existing clients, significantly improving user engagement and satisfaction. The enhanced digital presence not only streamlined access to vital environmental data but also played a pivotal role in attracting new clients.

The modernized platforms have effectively showcased Andium's cutting-edge solutions, contributing to the company's growth and strengthening its position in the climate tech industry.
