ABOUT PROCONSULT
It takes a vision to build a bridge between people and product
ProConsult is the culmination of my unique professional journey—a blend of passion, adaptability, and a deep commitment to creating solutions that make a difference. While I originally set out to become a teacher, my path took a turn when I began working with physicians learning leadership skills. In that role, I discovered the transformative power of product management. It was more than just building products; it was about crafting tools that solve real-world problems, empower users, and drive meaningful impact. That’s when I realized I’d found my purpose.
Today, through ProConsult, I bring together years of experience across diverse industries and a relentless drive to help businesses reach their full potential. Every project I take on is grounded in empathy, strategic insight, and a hands-on approach—tailored to support clients in achieving success and growth.
With a dedication to technology and a curiosity for what’s ahead of the curve, I’ve immersed myself in various industries including educational technology, fintech, startups, and consultancy, gaining valuable SaaS experience along the way. Committed to the strategic leadership of software development teams, I foster a culture of psychological safety where engineers thrive, inspiring them to deliver high-value results. Known for my empathy and team-focused attitude, I cultivate environments where collaborative and innovative solutions emerge naturally. Certified in Agile methodologies yet flexible enough to meet companies where they are in their product development journey, I keep my work practical, relevant, and creative. Now, as the founder of ProConsult, I’m leveraging my diverse background to uncover customer pain points and collaborate with software teams to deliver groundbreaking solutions. My career is a continuous learning experience that grows with each product and team I work with, fueled by my passion for technology, building and fostering software development teams, and creating impactful products that make a difference.

Volunteering
Giving back to the community is an integral part of my life. I’ve had the privilege of volunteering for causes that are close to my heart, including the Special Olympics, World Information Architecture Day, and the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. Serving as a foster parent for English Bulldogs and kittens has brought me immense joy, providing loving homes to animals in need. I’ve also contributed to Synapse of Florida’s annual program, supporting initiatives that drive innovation and community growth.
I believe that through volunteering, we not only enrich the lives of others but also discover more about ourselves. As Mahatma Gandhi once said, “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” Giving back allows me to be part of something greater, and I cherish every opportunity to make a positive impact.
